Freezes in game (redeploy map in game)

Since new patch i have severe FPS drops in game. Especially  when i get killed in game, i die and when i go to map where i select where will i deploy. Game freezes for 1 or 2 seconds. My GPU usage goes to 0 while temperatures (including hot spot) are normal. My whole PC is up to date and BF6 is only game that creates problems.

What is going on? What to do?
