Well, thats a new one... first time seing this today. Until now the game only crashed without any error message.
When will you fix this? I really want to play the game without all those problems by now!
And whats that with the D: Drive - I dont have any programs or drivers on this drive...
EDIT: Right as I am posting this a new driver from Nvidia released, which states "Battlefield 6: Gaming Stability Issues" Fixes. Installing right now!
Edit2: With new driver game crashed and even my PC rebooted on its own. This has NEVER EVER happened on ANY game before with this PC.
I had that once, also had some black screens and had to alt end task the game. but most of the time just a crash to the desktop with no message or nothing. fix for me, unless its something malicious, was to change dlss setting to quality instead of performance. and to limit my frame rate. right now I have it a couple fps under my monitor refresh rate at 141. I have a 7800x3d and 5070 with a gsync monitor. I also have vsync off.
there was a new nvidia update today, thinking about just trying the optimized nvidia settings for the game again and see if thise time its more stable now lol. but otherwise i'm on ultra preset, with those performance tweaks to dlss only.
DLSS is on Quality already, FPS capped to 125. But I have VSync forced on in the driver, I need that because of the screen tearing. I have a 4090.
The beta did not crash once, and before Season 1 dropped I also had not a single crash. The crashes started with RedSec Update for me.
I only play conquest, and the All out warfare mode. have you tried with vsync off just to sees if you still crash? probably not the issue but you never know then nvidia or ea will patch it. Today I got a crash joining a new map it said on some server in the browser. Got a direct x error crash and just figureds it was a shady server. Other then that since the update I have been getting black screens when trying to leave a server on occassion, after complaining about it being stacked lol. its very strange. But if I just keep my head down, I cawn go without crashing and I think it was a combination of not going over my v ram limit by lowering textures, ands limiting the frames to mitigate cpu spikes. But obviously yeah some bugs in the game since update imo too brother. I always chalk things up to malicious activity cause i'm paranoid lol
