Game crashing, no resolution with support team

I have not been able to play battlefield 6 for 2 days now, the game boots up, goes past the splash screen, game window shows up and the game closes itself, i ask the support for help and get an arrogant response that i should just wait for a fix, Dice to my knowledge doesn't even know that this is an issue? I managed to find a crash dump in my documents folder cuz event viewer doesn't even log the issue... Can i get in contact with someone to upload the crash dump and get the issue resolved?
