Game freeze in lobby

Curious if anything is being done about in squad joining issues.  For the last 2 months I and my friends have had issues when joining the game as a group.  We will have repetitive issues throughout the night where we try to join a game from lobby, only to have our characters stand up, and then no movement.  Or we will be between matches, and the screen will freeze instead of moving us to the next match.  We then have to back out to the lobby and try to rejoin a game.  We have gone through the steps recommended to try and rectify this:

Restart game
Restart console
Clear cache
Hard reboot
Cleared RAM

Even uninstalled and reinstalled.

The problem persists.
