Game Modes Not Available From Main Menu.

Ever since the Winter Offensive update I am unable to access the game modes through the main menu including the brand new game modes.  The menu is visible but when I click on the various game modes they go transparent and nothing happens.  I am only able to join matches  by filtering for maps and modes.  I am on PC / Steam.
