Game Slow down and Can't join some servers

On PC, So 3 days ago i could join any server but now there are times I'm just sent back to the main menu, i have tried editing setting, editing computer settings, reinstalling the game, trying different devices like my Rog ally, and different internets like my friends house. I believe its the server capacity do to 2xp weekend, i also cant host servers because the game says its at capacity but i cant even join empty servers. 

(Mind you I'm Hardwired in with a good 1gb internet and producing the frames needed) As for game slow down I know there are people that say you need frame generation but i have also found that the official servers run at 60hz while community servers run at 30hz and if a CPU cant keep up with 60hz servers then it doesn't matter how many frames you generate you will get slow down, i figured this out after seeing people having problems with Time Nudge (TN on the Network bar) My TN gets over 1,000 when playing on official servers but not on community servers, I hope EA adds 30hz servers for people with older rigs, even my Rog ally x has problems with the servers and its from 2023 and even my PS5 has slow down at times (I've also turned off data sharing and editing settings like low graphics or boosting my frames with my graphics card, capping frame rate, i even edited my computers xmp in bios but not much luck with fixing the Time Nudge problem), id do have over the minimum requirements for the game because i have beat the campaign and even played community server matches with next to no problems, so i feel the 60hz servers are the problem for slow down at the moment. (personally i don't think they should have made 60hz servers because 30hz was just fine, 60hz just makes things less stable overall).

Any advice on something i haven't tried would be appreciated.
