Hi 0uyymerr3yow,
Sorry to hear that you're suddenly unable to launch the game.
Based on solutions shared by other community members, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Disable Dynamic Resolution Scaling (DRS)
Navigate to:
-Documents\Battlefield 6\settings\steam\PROFSAVE_profile
- Open the file and locate:
- GstRender.DRSEnabled
- Change its value to 0, save the file, and then try launching the game again.
2. Check your antivirus software
Please make sure your antivirus software (especially Huorong, if you're using it) is not blocking the anti-cheat components.
Add the following to your antivirus whitelist:
- EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe in your game installation folder
- The EA AntiCheat service is located at:
C:\Program Files\EA\AC
If adding exceptions is difficult, you can also temporarily disable your antivirus software and test whether the game launches successfully.
3. Check for Windows updates
Please make sure your Windows installation is fully up to date.
If you're currently running Windows build 10.0.26100, you may also want to update to a newer build (such as 10.0.26200) and see if that resolves the issue.
4. Adjust Windows Exploit Protection settings
- Open Windows Security.
- Go to App & browser control.
- Select Exploit protection settings.
- Open the Program settings tab.
- Click Add program to customize, then choose Choose exact file path.
- Browse to and select bf6.exe.
- After the program has been added, select bf6.exe and click Edit.
- If any mitigation is enabled, especially Force randomization for images (Mandatory ASLR), check Override system settings and set it to Off.
- Click Apply, then restart your PC and try launching the game again.
- Run the Windows DISM repair tool
Open PowerShell as Administrator and run the following command:
- dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
This command scans your Windows installation for corrupted system files and attempts to repair them automatically.
If none of the above steps, including performing a clean boot, resolve the issue, please check Event Viewer for any crash logs or errors:
- Open the Start menu.
- Type Event Viewer and press Enter.
- In Event Viewer, look through the Windows logs around the time the game failed to launch.
- Double-click any relevant Error or Critical event to view the details.
If you're able to share the Event Viewer error details (or a screenshot of the event), we'll be happy to take a closer look.
