game was running great now is stutterer and unplayable

hey i have amd 7600, rtx 4060ti on windows 11 and since release the game was running great with high performance, yesterday morning i played a few games with no issue but later in the evening when i hoped back on the game was running terrible and very stutery. after hours or redownloading drivers and the game and messing with settings i can get the game kinda playable i guess but still no were near what is was. when i leave the nvidia optimazation on it makes it run terrible. the only thing that helps a bit is disabling the nvidia relfex but idk. any help is appreciated as my friends are stumnped aswell.

    clearing cache under AppData/Local/Nvidia/DxCache+  AppData/Local/D3DSCache might help you a lot,   my games performance and input goes bad after 3/ 4 games

    some of the stuff in the part at 1:18h will help you a lot  

    i got pretty much the same GPU + CPU combo and i can tell you,   nvidia app + overlay will make stuff a LOT worse in every scenario,  gamemode OFF and setting priorities manually to high always done wonders to my games +  HAGS OFF..

    another thing worth testing is NVIDIA Reflex / NVCP Low Latency, it mainly affects how the GPU handles frame rendering and reduces input lag,  different APIs may benefit from different settings,  it’s worth testing around games that use DX12 vs older APIs and see what works best for your setup.

      always remember to create a restore point that allows you to roll your system back to a previous state and test everything yourself and see what works the best  :)
