Since the Patch 1.2.2.5 the game wont even launch, had an issue that was the same as when the beta was launched, then i updated bios and Windows, and still had the same issue(cant recall the long winded text, but was relating to amd drivers, i have Nvidia GPU) then reinstalled the game now this attached is all i see after reinstalling the game, no boosts of any nature on equipment XMP profile also not enabled, any ideas on how to get into the game again?
I've tried repairing about 10 times with 0 success, and reinstalling about 5 times, since reinstalling i no longer get the error of running out of memory relating to AMD, but now the previously attached screenshot is all i get, it's "Running" except its not running anything but a black screen, i've left it on that for a good hour, it uses resources but nothing happens, only way to close it out is to close the window and then click on stop in steam to stop it from using all the resources of my PC, i've attached the file as requested.

To try and help you out a bit on this one can I ask if you've tried repairing/reinstalling the game to see if you still run into the problem?
If so can you upload a DxDiag so we can take a look and see if theres anything that may be preventing the game from launching. If you're unsure how to do that you can follow the steps here
