I have a mini PC with the same exact config. I don't have any issues getting through compiling shaders or anything. Game runs OK for me, the only issue I have not been able to figure out is periodic crashing towards the end of conquest. I can sometimes play 2 or 3 matches fine, but then I will crash.
I was previously hard crashing (PC reboot) during gameplay, but I changed my PC "Power Options" > Advanced Settings to have PCI Express Link state power management to "Off" as it was thought this would eliminate some issues with Anti-cheat. After this it crashed with a more normal GPU error when I did crash.
Maybe check your power saving options since you are on a Laptop? If you are plugged in and other games play fine I would think that's not an issue, but it's the only thing I can think of.
