I got the exact same "ban" as you on the 18th right after I stopped playing during the evening. Was going to hop on and play a few matches before bedtime on the 19th. But I noticed that the game took a while to start compare to the usual and when the game started it said that I got perma banned because my account has violated EA's user agreement.
I didn't have the same problem as you while running the game though. Everything was running smoothly. Submitted an appeal yesterday and am now waiting for an answer to why they wrongly banned me.
Does it say why you have specifically been banned?
I got like most of us here i think "Gameplay enhancement". I've never used any cheats in any games, so I don't know why they would think that I would spend 70 euros on a game (which is very expensive for a game) and spend already more than 20+ hours into the game to start cheating. I'm enjoying the game so far and was going to play with my cousin, but yeah it didn't work out since I got perma banned for no reason.
Hopefully more people get wrongfully banned (Sorry people) so that this can gain some traction. Because Javelin is not working as intended, just randomly perma banning people.
Yeah, it says “Gameplay Enhancement.” I wasn’t using any cheats or scripts though I just had OBS, Discord, and NVIDIA Overlay running and steam etc.
