Get 100m+ kills with Sniper Rifles or DMRs BP mission not tracking nor skippable

I have gotten easily over 10 100+m kills and non were tracked. Tried on different maps as well. 

I tried skipping this mission 3 times, lost all free skips and mission was not skipped.
