Sorry but there is nobody here who can handle a ban appeal. Only EA's Terms of Service team can do that, unfortunately, so you will need to contact them.
If the webform in the guide below isn't working for you, the "Contact Us" button at the very bottom should let you contact EA Help, who should be able to start the appeal for you. The ToS team will email you as to whether the appeal has been successful or not after they have investigated.

Nah bro, contact us botton didn't works for so long... Once you tried to submit the appeal, it will dramatically redirect you to the penalty history checking tool...
