Gun fires continuously without input

I don't know how to fix it. First match I played of the new season, a error popped up but closed before I could even read it and crashed my game. I reload the game and everything seems fine then what my title says is the constant issue and I can't seem to figure it out. I play on PC but play with a controller

    Hey MrShawner1

This sounds like a phantom input. Similar continuous-fire and stuck-ADS behavior has been reported by other Battlefield players.

Please try the steps below in order:

Disconnect the controller completely and enter a match using the mouse and keyboard. Also, disconnect any additional joysticks, wheels, keypads, or mice with analog controls.

If the firing stops, reconnect the controller and reset the controller mappings to default. Check whether Fire is assigned more than once.

Test the controller’s right trigger in another game or a controller-testing utility.

Verify or repair the game files through Steam or the EA app, then restart the PC.

Test with a different controller or USB cable if one is available.

Please let us know if that helps you solve the issue.
