Spawn Bug: Camera Remains at Death Location

Hi, you may have already come across this, but occasionally after spawning I end up stuck at the location where I died, with the camera still looking from my dead body's position. In reality, though, my character has already spawned somewhere else. If you watch the minimap closely, you can see that I'm actually in a completely different location.

I couldn't do anything while this was happening. After a few seconds, the game finally responded when I pressed the space bar, and my character fell out of the helicopter.

I've attached a video. I thought it was longer, but it should still be enough to demonstrate the issue. I recommend keeping an eye on the minimap as well, since that's where the bug is most obvious.
