As the title says someone has hacked into my ea account and connected it to a random email so when i go to play bf6 now i have to do a log verification and i cant complete this now as its a random email not beloning to me and i cant change it. what can i do about this? i tried using the ea website and thats doing nothing for me
Community ManagerCOLEM4N95 If the live chat option is greyed out, you might need to keep trying at different times of day, as that would signal that the chat is busy. It might be worth trying to change your location to see if the queue lightens up then, and the live chat option becomes available.

Can you include a picture of what you're seeing? If you fill in this web form and click submit, you should be redirected to a page with the option to chat with an advisor near the bottom. That would lead you to a live chat, where you should be able to receive a response.
If not, it might be worth trying a different browser, making sure cookies are enabled, pop-ups aren't blocked, and any ad blockers are disabled. Thanks!
Hi so how am i ment to contact live support when everytime i try regardless of time, its always greyed out and unavavible aswell as that i cant created a case so it never gets answered?
