Hello everyone, so I had my EA account get hacked and the email for the EA account was changed to something that I did not authorize. Then a 2 factor authentication was added to the new email that I don’t have access to. I have tried to contact EA help but each time I fill out a forum it asked me to sign in. How am I supposed to sign in if I lost the account? I want to speak to a live person and provide all my information to get my account back.

Sorry to hear someone else had gotten into your account. If you haven't already and are able to, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to help get your account under your control. It'd also be worth securing your email address, as the hacker would've needed access to it to change the account details.
After that, you'll need to get in touch with our support team to recover the account. There should be an option to continue as a guest right under the 'Sign in' button. If there isn't, please try using a different browser or an incognito window.
