Half a year (xbox series x) and still unplayable

Over half a year and the game is still unplayable on my xbox series x. Not one match in any of the times ive booted up the game since beta. I pushed through in the first month but gave up. There is no reason a first gen series x shouldn't be able to play a game from the same gen at all.

I wouldn't bother rehashing this issue if I didn't want to play and since I held out hope there was no possibility for any refund. I cannot justify dropping more than I paid for my halo limited edition xbox series x for a basic one just in the hopes I can play the one game that doesn't work, which might not even help.
