Hi there. Can you attach a DXDiag? I'll go over it to see if there are any issues.

  • Have you tried an older graphics driver?
  • Are your BIOS drivers up to date?

      Thank you. Here are some suggestions.

      • Try upgrading your RAM from 16 gb to 32 gb
      • Roll back your graphics driver to version 24.3.1 or 24.5.1
      • Enable HAGS (Enable Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling)
      • Update your chipset driver (AMD) and BIOS
