High end PC & Game is not smooth

This is the only game that is not buttery smooth on my system

I have RTX 5080 with amd ryzen 7 9800x3d
RAM 32GB DDR5 6600HZ
my monitor is Asus rog strix xg27acdng 2k 360 hz with freesync and g-sync compatiability

My game is not that smooth in so many sitiuations,I can't move my aim as the enemies move not because of mouse sensitivity or aim problems but because the game is not smooth
I've tried so many shooter games and this issue only exist in bf6

I play on 2k with low graphics

when I try my friend's pc which has 4060Ti and much less CPU and RAM the game is perfect and I can even switch aim between 4 and 5 enemies with so much smoothness
I am not close to do that on my high end PC

    Give us a DXDiag please.

Use CPU-z and post us some screenshots of Motherboard, Memory, SPD.

    Other stuff:

I have problems using freesync it is not smooth i changed my config fr33thys and disabled freesync.

Since then my game is smooth.

Out of interest, can u backup your Config file / folder and try the one fr33thy provides?

everything looks very good, not really an idea what to suggest next.

Usual problems are, single dim ram, not in dual mode, no xmp profile enabled.

But from what i see that is all as it should be.

Can you record a bit of gameplay with all network and fps overlays the game offers enabled?

So that we see CPU,GPU,SIM,mp/s and CTF & maybe Timenudge.

Did you backup yours and then test the config?

everything looks perfect but the gameplay is unplayable
I tried every single solution I found on youtube or any page I could reach and there is no diff
for sure I tried the config file weeks ago and no diff

maybe it's the mouse input issue thing?

The mouse input issue should be fixed by the latest update.

    But when i read:

"If you are still experiencing mouse input or stuttering issues after patch 1.3.2.0, please share your updated details clearly, including your mouse polling rate, FPS cap, monitor/VRR setup, full PC specs, platform, and whether the behaviour changed after the patch."

This has to be a problem with VRR (freesync or g-sync), mouse polling and fps cap.

Since it does not hurt i would suggest you try:

Disabling g-sync and freesync stuff on the hardware site in your monitor so it cannot be turned on by game or drivers.
Using 120hz or 144hz as monitor refreshrate and cap ingame fps to this value.
