Weapon FOV resets to wide by itself

I literally cannot play right now. Without this setting I cannot see down sights when using majority of the red dots. I'm slightly vision impaired, I play on a 32" screen at max FoV to avoid motion sickness as well. And now for whatever reason ADS Scaling has been removed... This is not okay, it's been in every BF game since... BF4? Please tell me it's going to be added. As I said I cannot play, I just can't see down the sights. Does anyone know a fix?

I need this too, we need hipfire FOV and ADS FOV

I usually play on 16:9, 2560x1440 but wanted to try 4:3 out, using 1920x1440. I noticed that when you change the resolution to the 4:3 option, the game asks "would you like to keep these settings", and the FOV is accurate only during this 15 second screen. Pressing "Yes", sets your FOV back to what you were using before. This doesn't change the actual FOV value, but it visually changes the FOV instead. Below are examples. Notice the small gaps I have on the sides to illustrate the FOV changes.

2560x1440 @ 105 FOV:

1920x1440 @ 105 FOV (notice how I can see less to my peripheral, as intended with 4:3 aspect ratio)

After hitting "Keep", still 1920x1440 @ 105 FOV (notice the gaps are back)

Anyone figure out what is causing this? I made sure my display scaling is set to Aspect Ratio, so it is stretching the game properly at less-than-max resolutions.

I tested this in an actual match, same results. Changing from 1920x1440 back to 2560x1440 also fails to apply the proper peripherals. The user interface is scaling properly which means the resolution is actually changing too. This seems to purely be a FOV issue.

UB-capSAR​ it looks like the game isn't saving the 1920x1440 resolution and is switching back to 2560x1440 resolution.

You can verify if this is the case by being up your monitors on-screen menu and checking the current monitor resolution.

Basically title, weapon field of view option gets reset to Wide automatically whenever you spawn again in the game. This bug been present since Beta. 
Replication steps:
Go into options
Select weapon FOV NARROW
Spawn in the game and die
Spawn again and see the weapon FOV being reset to WIDE

I have also noticed this after testing it a few times 

Is there a fix for this? Thank you in advance 

I'll try this later tonight, but from what I can tell the game gets fuzzier, meaning the resolution is dropping like it should.
