High latency and rubber banding

Just bought the game and its pretty much unplayable. Get network icons in the top left of the screen and nothing seems to fix it. The system im playing on is more then capable to run the game at 1440 on mid to high settings and my internet speed are very low ping with down load and upload speed reaching well above 650mbps.  What gives?  High player traffic or simply another bf title with potato servers.    Anybody got a fix before I refund and go back to cod or go insane and get hello kitty island adventure lmfao.  TIA
