High Time Nudge ping and Packet loss

Playing on PC - Steam. In the settings it says my tenancy is locked to PROD_DEFAULT-SANTIAGO-COMMON. On the official servers which are unplayable with people teleporting and rubber banding my TN MS is on 800. Can only smaller game modes and on community servers. Experiencing no CPU bottleneck, everything is on low, got recommended system requirements, XMP is on, perfect internet and User.cfg. Got perfect connection on any other game and previous Battlefields but still nothing is fixed. All I wish for is to get to play on my region's servers and not in Chile Santiago.
