High TN/slowmo/skating inconsistency issue on official servers

Randomly I will get high TN and the game will run in slowmo which is pretty much unplayable, I know others have similar with TN high either inconsistently or constantly, we meet the minimum specs but...

Go into your BIOS and make sure XMP is active! That was the fix for me.. official servers have no TN latency issues now.
