Horrible Performance Despite Meeting Recommended Hardware Settings

Hi all,

I have been enjoying the BF6 but with the arrival of new season my game performance has dropped drastically. I can not even play the game anymore. The performance overlay shows 40-45 CPU fps.  I would be so happy if anyone could guide me to understand and solve the issue. You can see my PC specs below:
