How do I file for a refund?

Seems like the issue with "missing content" with BF Pro instant unlocks and battlepass rewards has been going on for a while (over a month) with no fixes. And yesterday I bought BF Pro without knowing this issue was something I should've worried about. Now I want a refund, since I cant get what I paid for. Can anyone help me on jow to file for a refund on this matter please?
