How do I fix this error - I have never owned this email address.

I have never used this email address and no one in my family is in the military.  Maybe I got hacked.  How can I get this fixed?  I have submitted 3 help requests and have heard nothing.

You mentioned submitting 3 Help cases to date. Can you see those help cases in your My Cases page? What status is on them?

They do not show up.  This seems to be a common thread about your game.  How do you contact chat help.
