How to get EA support for old email tied to PSN.

I am having the same issue on Xbox currently. I have reached out multiple times to EA and I got nothing in response. Their support team is horrible!!

I have been playing the game since it came out and all of the sudden I got logged out of my EA account and cannot get back in because my EA account is tied to an old email that I no longer have access to. I really don't want to create a new xbox account that I have had since 2010. I would prefer there was a way EA would respond back to me in order to solve this issue.

I have submitted help request at least 10 times and I don’t even get an email back nor does it show up under open tickets on my EA account.  Any other options?

How do I contact an advisor?

Still nothing when I submit a help request with EA Help, doesn't even show up as an open issue on my EA account.

glad i'm not the only one !!! they are terrible support team not sure the next steps and they keep telling me they cant help
