The low fps icon is visible in the top left corner of the screen, indicating the game's framerate is below 60fps.
A framerate below 60fps is what's causing network lag on Official servers, because Official server have a 60Hz network tick rate. Compared to Community servers which only have a network tick rate of 30Hz. You only need a framerate of 30fps on Community servers.
Let's try to fix the low framerate.
Post a picture with the FPS Performance Overlay on-screen so we can tell if the low framerate is being caused by the CPU or the GPU.

Also download HWiNFO and post a screenshot of your System Summary so we can see if the system memory is in dual channel mode with EXPO/XMP overclocking enabled.
