I didn't get the Battlefield 6  EA Play Deployment Pack

I bought Battlefield 6 from Steam

My Subscriptions:

Subscriptions and memberships
EA Play
| Expires on 2019-02-14
EA Play with Xbox Game Pass | Since 2025-10-02
Active

I suspect that it is because steam bypasses EA app and starts directly, so it does not detect that my EA account has EAplay.

I contacted customer service several times and was unable to resolve the issue.

I hope this problem can be solved, because the subsequent EAPLAY benefits will not be credited to the account.

  • Update: I rechecked inbox in game and found that received the pack already but not shown as unread. (also the 7-days Daily Login Gifts are not shown as unread and needs to chaim manually)

    Same here. And I got ea play direct from steam store. 

    BTW, it seems like that Deployment Pack has changed? from https://www.ea.com/ea-play/member-benefits you can see that this pack should have one gun skin one tank skin and something; but from https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/1289670?emclan=103582791468125462&emgid=524230597807178310 everything changed and skins are gone.

  • I got EAPlay with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate,Maybe my EAPlay was not recognized when I started it from Steam

    I too did not receive the pack that was advertised on EA Play. I have checked my inbox and it doesn’t appear. I also have not been receiving the items that I have claimed for logging in each day during the first week. For example, I have claimed the Deerstalker vehicle skin and it is still locked in my game. 

    Tried verifying game files on Steam and have also contacted EA help on two separate occasions but they are as helpful and useful as Anne Frank’s drum kit.

    Very frustrated since I have bought the phantom edition of the game on Steam along with EA play and have put 40 hours into the game and didn’t receive the items I was promised.

    I purchased EA play through the EA app the day before BF6 launch. I bought BF6 (phantom edition) through Steam. It's been awhile now, and I still have yet to receive my EA play rewards. Emailed EA support like 5 times in the past week, and all they do is send me some generic AI-generated response. I was wondering if anybody else on Steam has gotten their rewards yet.

    I asked a few people, and some said that it's because BF6 now launches natively through steam, and doesn't go through the EA app anymore, thus meaning my EA play subscription won't work since it goes through steam. This greatly confuses me. I owned BF2042 on steam, but bought EA play through the EA app, yet I was able to get all the rewards. I have my steam account linked to my EA app, shouldn't I be able to get the EA play rewards? Could use some help and clarification.

    About a week ago, I subscribed to EA Play through the EA App and didn't receive the Battlefield 6 ea play deploymentpack.Yesterday, I subscribed to EA Play through the Epic Store, but I still didn't receive the pack!

    I have sent all the information requested from me and sent proof of subscription and screenshots. I explained my problem accurately and in detail. I communicate with them in both English and Arabic and I have contacted them more than ten times and the answer is the same meaningless answer. Check your inbox or restart the game. I think this is a scam.
