I didn't receive my Twitch drops from BF6 BETA

I connected my EA account while the Beta drops for BF6 were active and clicked Receive — everything seemed fine at first (connection successful, etc.). When the latest drops became available and game has been relised, I saw a message telling me to connect my account again to get the old drops, which seemed strange to me since I had already done that before. I reconnected my account, but I still didn’t receive the old drops. I didn’t get the first ones, while the new drops are already available in the game.

It seems there might have been a connection issue between EA and Twitch, because everything looked fine at first, but later it turned out that the link didn’t work as expected.

Also, my case #224854300 was not resolved properly. It was closed on Oct 19 2025, but the issue still isn’t fixed. I was told to wait until it’s forwarded to the right team and that many players have the same problem — but then my case was just closed without resolution. 

Furthermore, contacting EA Support has been very difficult, and so far no one has actually helped me resolve this issue.
