I need to appeal my Battlefield 6 account

I created a case for appeal on December 15, 2025, but did not receive any response in the past month. I tried to close the case and then appeal again, but was unable to create a new one. The appeal was unsuccessful, and I had to come to the forum to try. The day before I was banned, I received an email stating that the player I reported had been dealt with. However, the next day, I did not receive any email or notification and my account was permanently banned. I was very angry and tried to appeal multiple times without receiving any response!!! I hereby appeal again and attach screenshots of my Steam and EA game library, screenshots of my pre-order email for Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition, and a compressed file of my personal data downloaded from the EA website's personal interface after being banned. I hope to receive a fair and just resolution!!!

Dear EA Customer Service Team:

My Battlefield 6 game account (EAID: [OHhouou], Steam ID: 6了个6,

Banned on December 15, 2025. I have not received a response to my previous appeal for nearly a month, so I am appealing again. I hereby solemnly declare that I am a player who strictly abides by the game rules and have never used any cheating software, cheating programs, or unauthorized third-party tools.

I understand the efforts your company has made to maintain a fair gaming environment, but I firmly believe that this ban is a misjudgment. My account is only logged in on my commonly used devices and network environment, and all gaming activities are normal. I love the Battlefield series, have over 2000 hours of gameplay in the Battlefield series, and fully support the fight against cheating, but incorrect punishment can harm the experience of loyal players.

In view of the above situation, I earnestly request the customer service team to re-examine my account data, especially the detailed game logs within 72 hours before the ban, to verify whether there are any real violations. The attachment is the Steam purchase confirmation email for my pre-order of Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition. I am confident that the review result will prove my innocence.

Thank you for your time and patience. Looking forward to your reply.

Thank you. The previous case has been in the "NEW" status. I searched on the Internet and was told that if this status persists for more than half a month, there will be no follow-up for this case. I was advised to close the case and re-file a complaint. However, after closing it, I can't see my punishment history, and I can't create a new case for re-filing. I also tried sending an email, but was told that it couldn't be sent. I'm at my wits' end. Could you please tell me some ways to change the current situation?

  • Hi OHhouou,

I'm sorry but it's not possible to appeal a ban or escalate an appeal here. It's something only EA's Terms of Service team can handle, unfortunately.

If your first appeal was unsuccessful, you can try again using the same process. However, if you're still waiting for a response then checking the case might give you some information as to where it's at in the process.

  • I even took into account the Christmas and New Year's Day holidays, patiently waiting for such a long time, yet still received no reply. This has left me, who had pre-ordered the Phantom edition, feeling like a clown
