EA posted this upon the mess during the initial launch and missing benefits and delays the people that purchased the Phantom Edition suffered through. Told us that they will be giving us the Season 2 Battlepass for free. Here's the link to the post from them on this matter.

This statement giving everyone a free battlepass, was extended an extra step to Phantom Edition buyers because our edition already purchased the Season 1 Battlepass which had issues, so they stated they would give Phantom Edition buyers Season 2 Battlepass for free. Trusting EA is getting harder and harder

They even sent out an email about it.

On October 10th, we experienced an outage on the EA app that prevented some of our players who pre-ordered Battlefield 6 from accessing the game, and we know this can be frustrating so we wanted to offer an apology… with perks.

The fix has been rolled out. But we aren’t done.

Anyone on the EA app who was impacted will receive 12 Hardware and 12 Career 60-Minute Boosters, which should be arriving in impacted players’ in-game inbox this weekend.

In addition, we will also be granting impacted players full access to a seasonal Battle Pass. Phantom Edition owners will get Season 2’s full Battle Pass.

We want to apologize again for this outage.
