Been in EA Help chat for 2 hours. Talking to 6 different (what it feels like AI bots) that can not give any answers. They say I have recieved my compensation. 2 Seasonal XP boosters. That is not even what was promised.
They say they can not help me further.
EA customer service is crap. EA promising things and not holding their word is also crap.
Small rant from me: done!
Just went through this also. Was told that The XP boosters was THE ONLY thing we would receive. Then was told they couldnt help me and ended the chat. I bought Phantom edition on EA was effected by the issues. This is insulting to have to deal with this, there is even PROOF that they was offering S2 as compensation ON TOP of the xp boosters.
This is very frustrating.
Just went through this exact experience lmao its so sad seeing what this company is doing to this game.
