Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided through the forums for security reasons. However, you can use the tool in the guide below to check if you're eligible for a refund, and will let you request one if you are.

It does appear from your attachment, though, that you might be able to resolve the issue by updating or disabling the driver that's been highlighted. It might be worth giving that a try first of all.
