In Game Text Chat Interface is Awful

I use keyboard and mouse on XSX. When press Enter to use Text Chat, I have press Space Bar to be able to type. Unfortunately, like 2042, the game unnecessarily brings up the Xbox on screen keyboard. I can still use my physical keyboard to type. I am use to Call of Duty automatically recognizing that I am using keyboard and mouse and NOT bringing up the on screen keyboard. Don't even get me started on the keyboard and mouse rebind issues I am having...

Y'all are clearly trying to take back some market shares from Call of Duty but it is the little things that make this game not even come close to the quality that is a modern CoD game which is a shame.
