Inactivity Kick EA Server

Hello, the game freezes in the middle of firefights and I get kicked off the EA server for inactivity. At the same time, I also get kicked out of the EA Connect app, which runs on my mobile network. I've tried all the tips. It's not my fault: the game is unplayable for me. Either there's a solution here now or I want my money back.
