I have been through the appeal system for a ban on BF2042.
There is no genuine appeal system. It is (bad) Ai providing generic cut and paste answers.
No proof or even basic information on why I was banned.
I never once had anything from a person. If I did the responses to my questions would have been very different.
My ban was removed with no explanation. Maybe as I started messaging employees on LinkedIN.

I have absolutely no idea and I'm still banned and can no longer appeal my case or even view the penalty. If you figure it out please let me know, best of luck to you.
