I'm reaching out regarding an issue with an in-game purchase on Battlefield 6.
I purchased 5 Battle Pass tiers using my Battlefield Coins to finish my Battle Pass after the end of the season 2 and thus earn the final badge. The transaction went through and my Battlefield Coins balance was correctly deducted, however the 5 tiers were never added to my Battle Pass progression.

i have the same issue also.
I purchased some last minute Tier skips for my last steps of Season 2 prestige then realized the small print that they can not be used.
However my Season 3 "Recruit" Tier skips did come through, via my BattlePass purchase. However I have not had refunds for the Tier skips I purchased with BF coins at all. They were purchased via BF coins.
In fact, the tiers were only skipped during Season 3. That wasn't at all clear when I made the purchase.
Since I haven’t had time to play over the last two weeks, I was hoping to buy these tiers to complete the Battle Pass and buy the next one when I have time.
I’m really upset. it’s already a big enough commitment to complete the Battle Pass, and on top of that, the store is dishonest.
