Issues with Full Squad Matchmaking

This has been an ongoing issue since the Beta. Basically anytime I play with a Full Squad on the same platform (or crossplay), we have 1 or more squadmates that dont get pulled into a game. We've tried inviting through the invite system, xbox party invites and joining off a player. This issue has been a consistent problem for my friends and I. There has been 2 seasons worth of updates and yet no fixes for this issue. Can this please be a priority going forward? Is there any updates regarding this issues as Ive seen many post this issue on other sites like reddit. 

Other notes: issues with players joining during search if they are customizing weapons loadouts and disconnects if using text chat after a game completion.
