Javelin and SOCD / Armoury Crate

Just a question on what is a flag to the Javelin Anti-Cheat software.  

I have an ASUS Rog Strix Scope ii and it has SOCD (Speed Trap) as an option.  I have it off but I was wondering if having this on was a flag for the anti-cheat software.  

Also, is Armoury Crate something that flags the anti cheat software.  Didn't want to install it if it was going to cause a problem.
