what is the rig your running im having the same issue noting i have done has worked nothing at all im running an asus hero x870 with ryzen 9 9950x3d 96gb ddr8000 and rtx5080 asus tudff 1200w power supply and an allienware aw3225qf monitor everything is way above spec everything is updated all drivers all permissions everything gone over 10x
I honestly don't believe it's a hardware issue. I truly think it's just something that javelin is deeming to be incomprehensive to its algorithm. Thinking something on people's pc's are considered to be a conflicting program. Javelin is butting heads with something,and ea refuses to create any sort of diagnostic tools for people to be able to tell exactly what that conflicting program is.
Bf worked just fine for me before they did their javelin update recently. Then all of a sudden, SOMETHING triggered javelin on my PC and now it won't launch. It's javelin. It has to be. And even the tech I spoke to said there's no way to tell what the conflicting program is. Did you see the screenshot I attached? They deemed my issue with a 'no fix available' tag.
Try the method I suggested and see if it works for you. If not, I guess just keep digging for answers and maybe someday EA will fix their janky program.
