Javelin AntiCheat causing problems

I was wondering if someone could look at my DxDiag file. I just recently (within the last 2 days) started getting error 119 for evga driver-x64.sys

I've uninstalled and reinstalled BF6 and Javelin, I've disabled everything I can, I've downgraded GPU drivers, I've followed about ever guide I can find. I get into the game, but I make it about as far as the initial map screen before being sent to desktop. Sometimes I make it into a match, but I always get sent to desktop with error 119

Any help would be appreciated

I figured it out for anyone else who stumbles upon this post.
It ended up being the EVGA Precision X1 software. Disabling wont fix the problem, you have to delete the program and reboot.

Never mind. I loaded up the game this morning and i got the error message again. the EVAG program is not running as far as I can tell, it's been uninstalled so I don't know how it could be
