sounds like you talking about server lag. could be its overloaded with people, or its being pwned by people. only EA would know lol. I see that very rarely, but i only play conquest. to fix my micro stutters, if thats what you referring to, I set my dlss to quality instead of performance. I also limited my frames to stop crashing. turned off vysync and turned on g-sync. lowered texture quality to stop hitching. not sure what else you tried. I also have my kb and mouse on seperate isolated controllers. have you tried that? lol. I'm on fios in the North east, everyone on my severs is under 10 ping.
