Joystick incorrectly triggers infantry movement

I have a flight stick plugged in and infantry movement is being activated. This shouldn't happen ever.

Looking at infantry controls, I see mouse + keyboard, there is no joystick column (under mouse & keyboard), right, but why not show all bindings in the one place?

There is no joystick / flight stick category, there is only a controller category, they are not the same, they aren't the same physical artifact, they aren't the same device, they aren't the same anything.

When I plug a joystick in it's because I want to use it for controlling aircraft - that's it. Why would infantry movement be automatically bound to joystick? It doesn't make any sense at all.

What I want is to set up the joystick for jet flying, that's it.
