Kernel-level failure causes hard reboot since S4

I'm a BF6 fan and played from the Beta till the end of S3. Only issue I ever experienced was CTDs caused by a problem with an NVIDIA driver back at the beginning of S3. I started playing again last week and now my PC hard reboots whilst playing BF6. I'm not very computer savy but the windows error log seem to indicate that the last event to occur before the system shutdown is a kernel level error.

I'm not great with computers so I don't know what else to check, I tried reinstalling the game on a different drive and it still does the same thing. Only battlefield 6 reboots my PC, and I play dozen of other games.

These hard reboots are worrying because I don't think your PC is supposed to be unexpectedly shutdown over and over again.

Need help.

Oh wow I don't know how to do either step 1 or 2, and I've never had to do it for any game before
I uninstalled Memu since I don't use it anymore, but I don't see how this is related to BF6, it's just a thingy to play mobile games with or something
I don't know what the WHQL driver is

Thanks! Appreciate you grabbing the DxDiag report for me. Here's some suggestions.

Update your motherboard BIOS. Make sure you use the default settings. Download the latest stable BIOS directly from MSI.

As a test, try disabling XMP, MSI Enhanced Turbo/Game Boost, CPU undervolting, custom power limits or any other tuning.

MemuService.exe keeps crashing. Completely exit this and disable it from the startup and test BF6 again.

Temporarily disable Logitech G HUB/lighting services,

Perform a clean boot and then launch BF6. Make sure you close G HUB, MEmu, NVIDIA Broadcast, OBS, hardware monitoring/RGB tools, MSI Center, Discord overlay, NVIDIA overlay and any similar apps.

Try a clean install of your NVIDIA driver. You can also try the previous WHQL driver if the crashing started after the last update.
