Keyboard inputs are delayed/not registering

I've been having this consistent issue where it takes multiple key presses to register an action and it gets very annoying while playing. For example, trying to switch to my secondary ill sometimes have to hit the 2 key at least 5 times before the game actually registers that I've hit it. The second big one is crouching. Most of the time when trying to crouch it takes multiple presses of "C" to be able to actually crouch and its the same when trying to stand back up. It also happens with grenades. When I hit my "G" key it'll either not take the grenade out at all, or my character will just hold it in his hands until i keep hitting it for where he will then actually throw it. I just want a solution because it is very frustrating trying to play but getting killed because i cant switch my weapon or crouch. Anyone know what's up?

Already tried verifying integrity of game files, messing with the settings, and disabling Bluetooth but nothing.
