Still waiting for our rewards for season 1 for bonus path. Season 2 is about to pop and still some players didnt got their rewards!!!! Althought we finish the challenges we didnt awarded with enought points so to reedem the rewards! i'ts almost 2 months!!!! 😠I don't know if is a console issue or something else but this bug need to be fixed!!!

Many more players are clearly affected by this, as seen in the comments on social media platforms like X (Formerly Twitter) And instagram.
The last time Penguin spoke with EA Support regarding this matter was approximately one month ago.
The response was essentially, ''Just wait; a fix will happen sometime soon.'' What exactly they mean by ''sometime soon'' remains unknown.
At this point, all we can confirm as community members are the reports, messages and posts sent in: = the issue is acknowledged, but it has already persisted for quite some time.
Penguin thinks it's time for EA to break the silence. More players are hoping for a solution and deserve to know if a fix is actually on the way 👉🚀🔧

i contacted with EA advisor and the told me that the issue was resolved. Althought i still didnt got the rewards and the told me this. They said they cant do anything more. So they scamed us or what? How an issue been resolved when people contacting that they didnt got they rewards that they pay for.???!
Tried yesterday to get rewards with another support ticket but just got a nothing they can do about it sorry we know its frustrating blah blah. Fingers crossed its the support staff who got fired. Maybe new hires will do thier job.
