I'm having the exact same issue and it's driving me crazy. I've read that this has happened in other BF's before and it was sometimes caused by the Origin overlay. I'm using EA Desktop so i don't really know what to do. Have you found a solution yet?

    No solution sadly, I have reinstalled the game, tried I don’t know how many combination of settings in game, closing down every process not needed to play the game on the computer - to no resolve sadly.
