Kicked for inactivity before even loading into a game

the game seems to load up fine and then I go to load into a match of either redsec or multiplayer and then it attempts to load up for like 5-10 seconds and then it tells me I was kicked for inactivity, I’ve reset my router and Xbox both twice now, gotten a different Ethernet cable and it’s still not working
